These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of www.theartfulmuse.com website and the property of The Artful Muse by Shae Estella Photo (“Service”).

The Artful Muse is a business name operated and managed under the legal entity of Shae Estella Photo.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase a spot in The Artful Muse workshops through our website, you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to your name, credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, billing address, and other required details. You represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and

2. The information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete.

Your information is secure and will not be sold or shared with third parties for any purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity is suspected.

Return/Refund Policy

• Full Payment: Your spot is confirmed once the full payment is received. If you need to cancel, you are responsible for reselling your spot to recover your investment.

• Partial Payment: A partial payment secures your spot temporarily and is only finalized when the second payment is completed. The second payment must be made at least two months prior to the event. If you need to cancel, you are responsible for reselling your spot to recover your investment.

Refunds will only be provided for duplicate purchases of the same product, and such refunds may be subject to an administrative fee due to payment gateway processing.

All prices and sales are listed in AUD currency.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

This is a limited event with exclusive spots available. Once the event is sold out, no further bookings will be accepted. Your spot is confirmed only when payment has been made and successfully received. We reserve the right to update information, correct errors, or make changes to the workshop details at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

If the workshop is canceled by The Artful Muse or Shae Estella Photo, only the amount paid for your registration will be refunded. The Artful Muse is not responsible for reimbursing any other costs incurred by participants, such as airfare, transportation, accommodation, or any related expenses.

Intellectual Property

All content on www.theartfulmuse.com, including text, photographs, videos, audio, and graphics, is the exclusive property of The Artful Muse by Shae Estella Photo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

1. Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, database, or directory without written permission.

2. Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the Site.
